Exiting fullscreen makes Windowed fullscreen impossible

Sometimes I accidently press F11 and it puts me in fullscreen mode, after I exit it, I attempt to go into Windowed fullscreen mode but the button is greyed out and I can't stretch the window. I have to restart Minecraft to fix this
