MC-83849Skeletons are not using tipped_arrows
Giving a Skeleton a tipped_arrow in their offhand slot does not cause the Skeleton to shoot it, instead it shoots normal Arrows.
Used command
/summon Skeleton ~ ~1 ~ {Health:0.1f,Invulnerable:1b,HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:bow",Count:1b},{id:"minecraft:tipped_arrow",Count:1b,tag:{Potion:"minecraft:poison"}}]}
