New Arrows double themselves

That i don't become 2 Stacks from 1

If i shoot a arrow(example: nightvision arrow)and throw the stack on the ground, it double itselfes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take 64 from thenew arrows
2. Take a bow
3. Shoot one arrow in the air
4. Throw as fast as you can the rest of the stack on the floor
