Ender Pearl isn't infinity in Creative Mode (Bug)

When I blocking by any sword (Press Right) , change to hold a Ender Pearl in your hand but don't stop pressing . Then the system will throw out the pearl but it will not back in my hand....(Normally it will back to my inventory)
