Placing sign in LAN kicks other player.

When playing LAN and you go to place a sign, the other person gets kicked.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to be able to place a sign without the other person getting booted.

What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have 2 people in a LAN game
2. have one of them place a sign down
3. Then the person who isn't hosting gets booted.
