Can't join snapshot server's

I recently downloaded the new minecraft snapshot after installing Windows 10 for my PC. Which i would highly recommend installing. But how ever when ever i tried to join my friends minecraft server that has been updated to the snapshot it logs into the server but instantly looses connection and show a error all of my friends aren't able to join the server either and only few of them are running on windows 10 so i know it's nothing to do with the new operating system.
