Forever a Righty

The Left Handed Button is unavailable in the options menu.

I expected that when the snapshot with duel wielding was released that the dreaded forever right-handed bug would finally be fixed and you could change it in the options menu.

I instead found that the option was completely missing. I searched everywhere.

Is this one of the bugs left to be fixed in the official release?
