Eggs dont deal damage, or punch anything anymore (seriously, no duplication here)

Throwing an egg at a player does no longer damage the player. The player will also not turn red for a short while. (so it doesnt turn red, and doesnt take damage.)
However, eggs do not fly through the player, and chickens would spawn where the egg hit the player.
This is not a duplication of MC-3179, It's a different bug.
Adding enchantments like flame, punch and power to the egg do also not make a difference.
