minecraft lanuching issue

I log into my world and if I look slightly to the left or right the screen starts spinning slowly in random directions on its own. I think its due to my minecraft launching in the far bottom right corner of my screen every time it launches I have to move the window myself. This happens with any minecraft version not just the snapshot.
