Tipped Arrow Duplication Bug/Glitch in Minecraft 15w31a

I found this Tipped Arrow Duplication Bug/Glitch.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that the arrows wouldn't bug.

What actually happened was...:
But the tipped arrows duplicated in a weird way.
And if your inventory is full and want to pick up a tipped arrow that has been shot; i'll have to empty out an inventory slot and if I then pick up the tipped arrow it will have transformed into a normal arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shoot any tipped arrow at a surface. (you must have at least 2 tipped arrows)
2. Pick the arrow up again
