Shulkers can float

Shulkers can and will float if the block they are attached to is removed and they have nowhere to teleport to.

To Replicate

make a pillar in the air
place a shulker on the top block
remove all blocks from the pillar except the top block
remove the top block and watch it just sit there, mocking gravity
