Arrow duplication with a dispenser

If you throw a tipped_arrow with a dispenser, it will keep her amount.

Example : If I put 42 tipped_arrows in a dispenser, when I power the dispenser with a lever, one arrow is thrown. But when I collect it, I'll have 42 arrows whereas just one has been thrown.
