Problems with potions

when using an existing survival world, all potions now just show the Purple/black square and labeled as water bottle.

When trying to create a new potion (Fire Resist in this case), you can brew as normal, but using redstone to extend the time reverts it back to a bottle of water

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Brew potion using water bottle and nether wart
2. Add Maga cream to create fire resistant potion
3. Add restone to extend potion
4. potion is now bottled water
