Enchantments broken - items are enchanted, but receive no properties

Enchanting doesn't show what enchantments will be given, and once enchanted, the item doesn't have any enchantments. It is simply listed as "enchanted book" with no enchants. Lapis is consumed upon enchanting

This also applies to enchanted books found in dungeons.
