Client Disconnects on Joining Dedicated Server

1. Boot dedicated server, works fine
2. Boot client, works fine
3. Join server with client
4. Client shows world with dowloading resource pack gui, when finished world shows for 1 frame
5. Client disconnects with error: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codecDecoderException: com.google.gson.JsonSyntaxException: com.google.gson.stream.MalformedJsonException: Use JsonReader.setLenient(true) to accept malformed JSON at line 1 column 2
6. Be sad as you can't play the new snapshot on your server
