Having a stack of new arrows, shooting one on the floor and picking it up duplicates the item

Picking up the arrow should add one to the item stack

It created a whole stack extra in my inventory

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a stack of potion tipped arrows
2. Go to survival mode
3. Shoot on on the ground
4. Pick it up
