Alternative handed tipped arrow glitch

When you shoot tipped arrows in your alternative hand(a.k.a not main hand) on ground and pick it up, it gives you the same amout of tipped arrows.
For Example, you have a stack of arrows of leaping on your alternative hand slot, and you shoot it on the ground. then you pick it up. then you'll get 64 new arrows of leaping. not 1.
