Shulkers in minecarts

When trying to put a shulker in a minecart it starts twitching around. When moving the minecart further away from the starting point the shulker seems to be teleporting inbetween the minecart and it's old position. When ejecting the shulker it doesn't always go back to it's former location. Sometimes it can end off a few blocks further away
