Bow in Offhand does not work properly

When you hold a bow in your offhand and right-click, it will go up and down. When you hold an item in your mainhand, it will also go up and down (when you can't use it).

I thought the bow would shoot. Maybe this is not a bug, but this "jiggling" is definetely one. Stone normally doesn't "jiggle" when you try to place it in the air.
