Levitating for too long kicks the player

I used the /effect command on my server to give myself the new levitation effect.
Looks like the player is kicked for floating too long...

Steps to reproduce :
1. Launch a Minecraft server
2. Give yourself the levitation effect (/effect <name> minecraft:levitation)
3. Wait a few seconds
