Nether Reset

So today, we updated a server to 1.8.8, when I went into the nether though, through my portal, I noticed that my nether portal was in a different spot. Confused, I go down to the coords of the spawn nether portal. Them I noticed, my whole nether hub wasn't there. I look around, it looks the same, except nothing was built, the fortress was reset, and all the ores were reset. I am kind of upset because the hub took around a week to finish, Please fix this ASAP.
