Vieuw bug / glitch! VERY ANOYING!

Hello guys. Is it on my mouse or not but is if fucking very anoying.
When i turn like 50 degrees to left or right a litle bit to fast he wil turn like 360 degrees and i dont get it pff... Any fixes?

I think its on my mouse but how do i fix this i can not even play survival or i fking do 1080 when i try to turn 180 degrees and kill a mob pff
