Server is unjoinable?

I have the crash report attached.

Apparently, when I join MY OWN server, no chunks will load, I will get stuck in stone underneath the ground, ans Time Out of it.
It displays:
Internal Exception: io.netty.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

Servers (in the past) worked perfectly fine before on this machine, and now they don't for some weird reason. Help!

I have tried: netsh winsock reset, uninstalling/reinstalling java, switching between Ethernet and Wireless
