I tried to join my friends survival server that I was whitelisted for in 1.7.2, A ton of other people can join but I can the ip is here 198.27.67.149:26533

The bug is actually in 1.7.2, it would give me an option to put that

What I expected to happen was...:
I was supposed to happily join the server and play around

What actually happened was...:
Every time I went in after the "logging in" screen it crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in this ip in direct connect 1.7.2 ,198.27.67.149:26533
2. Click join
3. After the logging in screen comes it crashes me out
