Glitch when jumping over rails, carpets, other partial blocks(not slabs)

When you run and jump onto rails, a iron block step sound plays. When you jump while on carpet, a wool step sound plays. These should play for the block the rail/carpet is on, not the one with the rail/carpet in it.
