game crash (redstone cause)

using command blocks with new score board system though the problem only occurred when i passed a redstone signal passed from a redstone block via piston up a glowstone staircase (one of the ones that wouldn't work with normal blocks due to redstone cutting of by the block above)
used then powering 4 lanterns
