Minecon cape is STILL floating on your back 1.9 Snapshot fix plz :3

if you sneak in mc 1.8.7 the cape is AGGAIN floating on your back if you sneak and its not fixen i hope its done in 1.9 <3 sorry if its duplicated but that are old versions of 1.8 and i created the latest version and i will update this if it is not fixed to the version
