I keep getting kicked from my favorite server without being able to do anything

I've been playing on a server for a while now, but a couple of days ago I started getting massive amounts of lag when I get on (around 350 ping) and I can't do anything in the game. After a couple of seconds of struggling with playing I get kicked with a message saying "java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". I have been searching for days for a solution but I have ended with no helpful advice or solution. To sum up, this problem only started a couple of days ago, meaning I had been playing on the same server for about a month before it started. This issue has since happened on several servers, even big ones like "Hypixel" or "Mineplex".
I hope someone can help me solve this problem so I can go back to my skyblock world. Thanks for reading.
