My Minecraft is broken

Every time I play Minecraft in multiplayer or single-player it starts out black, the hot-bar and the cross-hair still show, after that happens it loads some blocks but they pure black and I can see through the world and look at all the caves. When I also try to do commands the letters or numbers wont show.
