Cant play multiplayer or now access minecraft.

before it stop letting me play minecraft overall every time i tried to join a multiplayer server i added it either said it was under mainternence or and invaled session but now every time try to press play it gets stuck on "launching" or when i try log in to another account it just gets stuck on "installing" instead of avtually launching the game..plz help and fix this...
