Cannot Respawn on Server!

I've went on this server:
coolcrafted.fluctis.com
And was killed multiple times, like, a massive amount of times. In the middle of being killed over and over I went back to the main screen, and logged back into the server.
The "respawn" button and "main menu" screen button were both grayed out, meaning I can't click them...
It's a big problem for me, considering I am an admin on this server and I was just practically perma-banned.
I tried re-installing, just deleting .minecraft, we deleted my player ID off of the server history, etc. Nothing worked. Help me, please?
