I can't see my skin but other people can see it

Since like 1 week I couldn't see my skin on my screen but other people can see it, it started after I put a protection and safety program then it messed up a lot of things so I deleted it since I put that program until now I can't see my skin but I can see other people's skins and other people can see my skin and it doesn't show in any version basically
