GL Error Post Render 1285 Out of memory bug

When I play Minecraft after a while, in the log it says.

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. GL ERROR ##########
                              @ Post render
                              1285: Out of memory

and I get lag spikes that makes Minecraft unplayable. Please tell me how to fix it.
Also, I think this error increases in probability when there is a lot of redstone lag, but im not sure (i get this error alot when i play on the dota server). Please help me.
