Mipmap levels making blue lines inbetween blocks

When mipmap levels in video settings are off, the game looks normal, but when i put mipmap levels on, it creates blue lines in between blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn on mipmap levels in video settings
2. investigate the problem, and hopefully fix it
