Can't pick up Double slabs (ID 43) by using the 3 button!!!

I expected to get a double slab block, but instead I just got a stone slab
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk to the double slab block.
2. Hit the 3 button on your mouse (Creative).
3. And get a slab.
