Minecraft Crash-Resource Pack

So when I was trying to play on the Hypixel, I wanted to play Cops n' Crims. It told me to download a resource pack my Minecraft crashed. I enabled resource packs I tried everything! Samething has been happening on the Hypixel. PLEASE HELP!!!
