Invisible walls or blocks on Minecraft-Server and singleplayer at building a basement for a house

Invisible wall

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here

What actually happened was,that I've built a basement for a building and that suddenly the wall on the right side was invisible (look at the picture)
For the wall on the right I used stone,iron,gravel,wool and hardened clay.
The problem actually is happening all the time and isn't solvable

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Started the Minecraft-Server on 1.8.7
2. Built a wall on the right for a basement
3. Suddenly the wall was invisible if you look from other position to the right wall
