Screen Flickers

Minecraft constantly flickers . The whole screen flickers and even when I'm in the options menu it still flickers. This only applies to minecraft and only happens to minecraft. I've tried everything I can in the Video settings and updated Java and also updated my driver, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I added a video showing my problem as seen in the video it flickered blue, but it tends to vary.
