Randomly Character Stops moving, can open anything, move, but can look around and mine

So this is kind of a random bug that has been happening for a while, but more often now.

When im playing minecraft, my character will randomly just stop, i cant pause the game open my inventory, move or open any type of chest crafting table, ect. Although, i can still move my mouse and mine and place blocks
It will just out of the blue happen and it can last up to 15 second

Like i said its completly random so i cant really recreate the steps, if you know of anyway to solve it, that would be nice, thanks!
