Redstone powering when it shouldnt be able to

Messing around with BUDs i came across a strange redstone glitch where blocks that I can see no possible way of getting powered are getting powered
this is rather strange and wanted to know If im crazy or if this is an actual bug as this is affecting my BUD size which I need to keep low
