White screen flashes, trys to open other tabs I have running like Skype

Whenever I log in to play Minecraft, a white screen flashes and acts like its trying to open up a new page, or something I have running like Skype. It also does this when ever I join servers. Also, controls will happen that I didn't press like walking backwards or switching whats in my hand. In my task bar, it shows the Minecraft tab "moving" around, it will disappear and then come back and keep doing this over and over again.
There aren't really any steps, it just happens as soon as I get on.
