Absortion error when effect command is executed

What I expected to happen was...:
Absortion end when the command /effect [yourusernamehere] 21 0 0 is executed

What actually happened was...:
Absortion NOT end when the command /effect [yourusernamehere] 21 0 is executed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put /effect [yourusernamehere] 21 1000000
2. Wait a moment
3.And put /effect

{yourusernamehere}

21 0
4. None happens
