Problem with sign in

Hi, I've been having trouble logging in for about 9 hours now. Every time I try to sign it, it will say http://puu.sh/inzk5/c0929ef009.png . I have uninstalled AVG, and McAfee, scanned with malwarebytes and avast. I have it allowed through my firewall and still shows this screen. Any ideas?
