movement

I have a movment problem it has ben hapinin a cuppel days now where i shift and move verery slow slower then ushul slow movmen like when i shif then i stop shift an i am still movin the sam movement as be for verey slow like on sever and non severs then i hav to log out completley to make my movmet ackk to normal but its anoing to do all the tiim when i am playin pleas help
