Minecraft 13w03a - Redstone Comparator Bug?

I think I've found a redstone bug in snapshot 13w03a. However, I'm not sure if it is a bug or intended to do so. If it is intended to do so, I am sorry that I made a useless issue. The pictures I've attached explain enough I think

The comparators look like they are locking the repeaters although they aren't.
