Can't Join Severs

Whenever I try to join a multiplayer server, I get different errors every time. Although the most common error is 'Internal exception: Badly compressed packet - size of 54 is below server threshold of 256'

Although I am able to join my own multiplayer server.

I have tried disabling firewall and that did not help.
