Certain blocks begin with lowercase in Australian English

"Dark Oak Fence" is represented as "dark eucalyptus fence" (no capitals) in Australian English.
asphalt->Andesite
polished asphalt -> Polished Andesite
I'm pretty sure I've seen a few others and I'll report them once I find them.
