Book OP Trick

It seems that you can put a special URL into a book and then if you trick a operator in to clicking it you can run commands off that book and that includes /op. So basically if you put this URL in a book and tell them to click it then you can basically get op without there knowledge. I really think this should be patched because this could cause a lot of chaos.
