items aren't showing up

the hopper and the dropper and the activator rails are not showing up in the game when i put in the command to give me a hopper it say that there is no such item with that id number and same thing happens for the dropper and the activator rails, but happens for absolutely nothing else those are the only three items that this occurs with.
