Weird Texture Glitches On Dark Block (Nether Bricks, Obsidian,Etc..)

Almost see through small glitches on the "bounding" box areas of all blocks, its just easier to see on dark ones such as nether brick, I assume its part of a texture pack glitch from the new format not properly lining up the textures flush to each other.
